THEN I FEEL AT PEACE》,影像裝置,2013。

The texts is quoted from a Vietnamese Folk Song of Nguyen Ngoc Binh as same as the first work “REASONS FOR TRANSPLANTING” by the exhibition entrance, and it is also related to rice cultivation.Narrative of the cultivating life, it talks about the people working hard between the sky and the earth, who look up at the sky every day and night to observe clouds and rain to see other climate changes, who stick on their own land guard, and only when the sky is clear and the sea calm, then they feel at peace.

I watch the sky, the earth, the clouds, Observe the rain, the nights, the days, keep track, stand guard till my legs are stone, till the stone melts, till the sky is clear and the sea calm. Then I feel at peace.
